COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Namco Snap-lock EA15030145 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Escooter parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the DXE455W96010001A6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E1000BlackBlack manufactured by Escooter and we are pleased to be able to service most Escooter systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DN41042 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electro-Craft Brand E650 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Daito-Mfg.-Co. such as DTMT120190 equipment made by Daito-Mfg.-Co. have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daito-Mfg.-Co. products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daito-Mfg.-Co." in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DAPEKHI0950Z05100430051 made by Sbb as well as the popular DT0900300RM09028 original spares produced by Emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CWDM3555 by Baldor and DTMT120190 spares by Daito-Mfg.-Co. are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DWGZ636837 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
